A great way to learn how to cook a traditional Amalfi Coast menu based on local recipes and featuring the use of fresh, seasonal produce with your own personal chef in a private cooking class on the Positano Coast.

With your personal chef you will learn the secrets of the local cuisine of the Amalfi Coast and with his assistance you will prepare a 4-course menu based on local recipes characterized by the use of fresh and seasonal products which will be followed by lunch or dinner.

Plus you will experience a private mozzarella demo with tastings of the fresh mozzarella freshly prepared for you.

From your hotel in Positano, your private driver will take you to a panoramic farm in the hills of Positano where the English-speaking hostess will welcome you and take you on a walking tour of their cultivated garden with typical Mediterranean vegetation, in the garden you collect your seasonal products to take with you for the cooking class.

By using these vegetables, you will prepare the recipes for the daily menu together with your chef.

Put on your hat and apron and your English-speaking chef will explain the local recipes, from hand-made pasta to the main course, step by step to prepare the full menu.

In your private practical cooking class, you will prepare a 4-course menu (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert), with traditional recipes.

The course is followed by a 4-course menu, fruit of your commitment, accompanied by mineral water, local wines and liqueurs from the farm.

Your culinary experience around the flavors and aromas of the Amalfi Coast will be completed by a demonstration of fresh mozzarella and a taste of freshly made mozzarella for you.
