You will receive a thorough introduction on the goods and their seasonality, on the knowledge of the location, and on the general foundation of gourmet culture during the private cooking lessons in Florence with your personal chef, whether they are in the morning or the afternoon.
Upon entering the professional kitchen you will be greeted by your personal chef and kitchen staff. You will then put on your chef hat and apron and start working on the meal you chose in advance when booking.
You'll be able to make a full three-course meal after around three hours of practical instruction. You will learn all the tricks and every action involved in preparing a menu under the guidance of your chef with his cooking techniques and his advice to broaden your gastronomic knowledge.
When everything is finished, the session will come to a close with a final tasting of the foods cooked while seated around the chef at the table and enjoying a drink of wine and water.
A folder containing the day's recipes will be handed to you at the conclusion.
