Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink with your personal chef before donning your chef's hat, apron, and dish towel and beginning to cook together.
You will individually cook your own pasta dish and sauce with your personal English speaking chef using the station and equipment that will be made available to you.
You will prepare some of the most well-known dishes of traditional Roman cuisine and during the course of the three-hour workshop your chef will demonstrate how to create authentic Italian pasta.

F.A.Q.
- What is the best liquor to use in tiramisu?
The traditional liquor used in tiramisu is usually Marsala wine. Marsala is a fortified wine from Sicily with a slightly sweet and nutty flavor that complements the richness of the mascarpone cheese and the bitterness of the espresso-soaked ladyfingers in tiramisu. However, there are variations in which other liquors are used to add different flavors to the dessert. Some popular alternatives include:
Brandy: Brandy can add a rich, slightly fruity flavor to tiramisu. It pairs well with the other ingredients and can enhance the overall complexity of the dessert.
Coffee Liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa): Coffee liqueur is a natural choice for tiramisu, as it enhances the coffee flavor in the dessert. Kahlúa, in particular, is a popular option due to its strong coffee flavor and hint of sweetness.
Amaretto: Amaretto, an almond-flavored liqueur, adds a subtle nuttiness and sweetness to tiramisu. It can complement the flavors of the mascarpone and coffee, creating a deliciously balanced dessert.
Rum: Rum can add depth and warmth to tiramisu, with its rich, caramel-like flavor. It pairs well with the coffee and chocolate elements of the dessert, creating a decadent flavor profile.
Ultimately, the best liquor to use in tiramisu depends on personal preference and the flavor profile you want to achieve. Feel free to experiment with different types of liquor to find the perfect balance for your taste buds. Just remember to use it sparingly, as you want the flavors to complement the dessert without overpowering it.
