In Pisa, one of the Unesco sites of Tuscany, you will have free time to admire the wonderful monuments of Piazza dei Miracoli.

The city of Pisa is located on the Arno River just before it flows into the Tyrrhenian Sea. The origin of Pisa dates back to the time of the Greeks and the Etruscans.

During the Roman period the city had an important maritime role and its importance grew during the Middle Ages when it became famous as one of the four main historical Maritime Republics of Italy.

In Pisa you will appreciate Piazza dei Miracoli - the Campo dei Miracoli - where the stunning Leaning Tower stands, the Camposanto and where the imposing Cathedral and the Baptistery offer a magnificent example of Romanesque architecture.

Charming Villages: The five villages that make up Le Cinque Terre - Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore - are each uniquely charming and offer their own distinct character and attractions. From the pastel-colored houses of Vernazza to the cliffside vineyards of Manarola, each village is a delight to explore.

Hiking Trails: Le Cinque Terre is crisscrossed by a network of scenic hiking trails that offer stunning views of the coastline and surrounding countryside. The most famous trail is the Sentiero Azzurro (Blue Trail), which connects all five villages and offers hikers the opportunity to experience the beauty of the region up close.
